Epoch Gifts offers the following Returns Policy:

All merchandise has a one-year warranty when we are notified ahead of time of returning defective item.

We will exchange item with a new one. If item is discontinued, we will offer a full refund (minus shipping).

For a return authorization:

1) Email us at assist@epochgifts.com or call us at (408) 386-7536 and let us know what is being returned and your invoice number.
2) Ship item to: Epoch Gifts, P.O. Box 2377, San Jose, CA 95109-2377

Note: A return authorization is required for package to be accepted..
